Unique restaurant-brewery, the Beer House, which opened its doors in July of 2002, has ever since been producing 6 sorts of non-filtered and unpasteurized beer.

Our beers are brewed according to the German recipes, some of which are originated from the Bavarian breweries that date back to the 16th century.

The beer making process (wort boiling) starts in the middle of the big hall, just under the eyes of our guests. From the hall, the wort is pumped into large tanks where it brews 5-6 days and then matures 21 days.

The whole beer making process takes around 27-28 days.

The entire Beer House´s menu is developed in a sense that all dishes could be enjoyed with our restaurant-brewed living beers, but only one dish is beloved to such an extent that our guests are willing to visit us from the farthest corners of the world.

best living beer you will ever taste

For the making of our delicious living beer, we use only the finest raw materials!

We import six different types of malt from Austria, the city of Vienna, and the worlds best hop cones from northern Germany.

For fermentation we use the traditional bottom yeast method.
